How to Start a Return
Your return should be started within 14 days of delivery and must comply with our returns policy:
- Go to My Account > View My Orders, then click “Start a Return” next to the item you wish to send back.
- Alternatively, download your free returns label from the RETURNS PORTAL with your Order Number and Email Address.
- For your return to be accepted, the item must be received back to the independent brand within 28 days of when it was delivered.
Returning Your Order
- You’ll need a printer to print labels and documents.
- Returning items from multiple brands? Download and attach the correct label for each package.
- For international returns, attach any commercial invoice provided.
- Pack items securely with the packing slip inside—damaged returns may not be accepted.
- Drop off or schedule a pickup within a week to keep the label valid.
- Check the email you received with your label for drop-off locations or booking a collection.
- Our return couriers vary by country, which will be displayed in the returns portal.

Refunds & Store Returns
- Once the brand accepts your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable
- You can also return items in-store at our London, New York or Los Angeles locations, and we’ll handle the rest.
