What is Account Credit?

Account Credit is a balance stored against your account that can be used as payment for purchases online or in-store at Wolf & Badger.


How do I check my credit balance?

You can view your available balance and full credit history by visiting:

My Account > Account Credit

If you don’t have an account, refer to the original issue email for details of your credit amount and expiry date.


How do I get Account Credit?

Account Credit may be issued:

  • As a refund (if selected as your preferred refund method)
  • As a goodwill gesture from our Customer Support team

How do I use my Account Credit?

Account Credit can be used online or in-store.

Online:

  1. Add items to your bag and proceed to checkout.
  2. At the Payment stage, select Account Credit.
  3. Enter your Account Credit code (you can find this in My Account > Account Credit).
  4. Ensure you are checking out using the same email address that the credit was issued to.

In-store:
Quote your Account Credit code at the till.

Please note:

  • Account Credit must be redeemed in the original currency in which it was issued.
  • Codes are linked to a specific email address and are case sensitive.

Can I use multiple Account Credit codes at checkout?

Yes.
If you have more than one code, simply enter them one at a time at the payment stage.


Why has my Account Credit expired?

Account Credit is valid for a specified period (typically 6–12 months from issue). After this date, any remaining balance will be cancelled.

To check your expiry date:

  • Visit My Account > Account Credit > Credit History, or
  • Refer to your original issue email.

I selected Account Credit, but I want a refund back to my original payment method

If you selected Account Credit as your refund method but would prefer the refund back to your original payment method (e.g. credit/debit card):

  • You must contact us within 14 days of your return/refund being processed, and
  • The Account Credit must not have been used to place another order.

If the Account Credit has already been redeemed, even if that subsequent order is later returned, the refund can only be applied back to the Account Credit. It cannot be returned to the original payment method from the first order.


How do I get a refund for an order purchased with Account Credit?

If you return items that were purchased using Account Credit:

  • The refund will be applied back to the original Account Credit voucher, or
  • A new Account Credit voucher will be issued.

What if my Account Credit is not working?

Common reasons include:

  • Expired credit
  • Currency mismatch
  • Email mismatch
  • Entering the code in the wrong field at checkout

Can Account Credit be exchanged for cash?

No. Account Credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
