Having trouble applying your W&B account credit at checkout? Before contacting our Customer Support, please review the guidance below.


1. Make Sure You’re Logged In

  • If you have an account, ensure you are logged in before checkout.
  • Multiple accounts or guest profiles may exist under the same email. If you’re having trouble logging in, please contact Customer Support, and we can ensure you have one current, active account set up correctly.

2. How to Apply Your Account Credit

  1. Add items to your bag and proceed to checkout.
  2. Go to the Payment stage.
  3. Under Select payment method, enter your account credit code in the dropdown box.
  4. Apply the code before completing your order.

You can view and copy available credit codes in My Account > Account Credit.


3. Error Messages When Applying Credit

“Already Redeemed” Error

If your code shows as already redeemed, but you have not successfully placed a recent order:

  • A previous checkout attempt may not have fully processed.
  • The system may temporarily mark the credit as used.

Please contact us with your account credit code so we can review and reissue it if required.


“Invalid Account Credit Code” Error

This error can happen for several reasons:

1. The credit has expired

  • You can check expired credit in My Account > Account Credit > Credit History.
  • If you don’t have an account, check the original email the credit was issued to for the expiry date (typically 6–12 months from issue).

2. Email address or code mismatch (case sensitive)

  • Account credit codes are linked to a specific email address.
  • The email used at checkout must exactly match the one the credit was issued to.
  • Codes and email addresses are case sensitive; please check for capital letters or typos.

3. Incorrect currency

  • The credit currency must match the currency of the website you’re shopping on.
  • If issued in a different currency, please contact us so we can update and reissue it.

4. Entering the code in the wrong place

  • The code must be entered at the Payment stage under Select payment method.
  • Entering it in a promo/discount code box will not apply the credit.
