Gift Notes

Sending a gift? You can include a personalised message with your order at checkout.

To add a gift note, simply tick the “Include a gift message with your order” box before proceeding to payment. You’ll then be able to enter your message, which will be printed on the packing slip included with the order.

Adding a gift message is completely optional - you can leave it blank if you’d prefer to keep your gift anonymous or if it’s not being sent directly to the recipient.

While we’re unable to offer gift wrapping - as we’re a marketplace and can’t guarantee individual brands provide this service - the gift message is a simple way to add a personal touch.

For your peace of mind, pricing details are automatically removed from the packing slip, and the recipient won’t see any billing information.

If your order is being shipped internationally, a commercial invoice may need to be attached to the outside of the parcel for customs clearance. However in most cases, invoices are submitted electronically, so the recipient is unlikely to see this information.
