Changing the address on my order:

Billing Address

You can update your billing address for future orders in your My Account section. Just go to My Details > Address Book.

Delivery Address

Before placing an order:

  • You can edit your delivery address in your account.
  • Add multiple addresses and choose your preferred one at checkout.
  • If you’re using fast checkout, ensure your address is saved—new addresses can’t be added here.

After placing an order:

It’s not always possible to change or amend the delivery addresses on orders, however the sooner you let us know the more likely we can fix this for you.
