DHL On Demand

With DHL On Demand, you can reschedule your delivery, choose the option to leave the item in a safe place or with a neighbour and update/amend the delivery address. (Options may vary by country)

Change Delivery Date:

You can change the delivery date of your shipment if the originally scheduled date is not convenient for you.

Leave In A Safe Place:

You can authorise DHL to leave your shipment without collecting a signature if you are absent when we attempt delivery.

Leave With A Neighbour, Concierge or Guard:

You can authorise DHL to leave your shipment with an immediate neighbour, concierge or guard if you are absent when they attempt delivery.

Collect From A Service Point or Locker:

You can choose to collect your shipment at a Service Point or 24/7 Locker convenient for you.

Alternate Address:

You can authorise DHL to deliver the shipment to a different address (for example, your workplace). Please note that a change of address will result in at least one additional day for delivery.

Vacation Hold:

If you'll be away on holiday, you can change the delivery date up to 30 calendar days from the originally scheduled date.
